Journey To Becoming Whole

  • You Will: 

    • Learn active (doing and processing technique) and passive (letting go - beyond technique) styles of mediation in order to gain balance and humility.

    • Mix and match techniques to empower the development of your own practice.

    • Master the relaxing and centering technique of “going down” so you can eventually get there in under 20 seconds.   text goes here

    Deepen appreciation of your shadow as an ally or friend to discover hidden treasure rather than an enemy or monster to be feared.

    Understand the consequences of shame on each of our developmental stages and learn how to rewrite (rewire) them to attain inner liberation.

Meet Your Guide

Eric is a licensed somatic psychotherapist, yoga teacher and musician. He has extensively explored his own consciousness through traditional yoga / Taoist practices, chanting, playing the didgeridoo, fasting, cold plunging, intense encounter groups, intentional sleep deprivation, plant medicines, breath work, and somatic psychotherapy. 

None of these really helped solidify a consistent meditation practice until he was able to fully release the shame still festering in the shadows. With the reclamation and integration of lost parts of his “younger” selves, he unlocked an indescribable real feeling of wholeness. With the increasing experiences of personal and world crises he feels a strong calling to share the Becoming Whole journey with others who desperately need it.  

 Involved with personal growth for over 25 years, Eric has taught thousands of students and clients around the world. He has developed a modern roadmap to healing meditation that generates profound change and growth. He pulls from many ancient and modern traditions providing a perfect fusion adapted for the modern hectic lifestyle. Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are willing, there is a profoundly healing journey ahead that has a clear road map to free yourself from past burdens and unlock the passion, joy and hope that your life has always deserved.

    You will discover an array of allies (what Eric calls your A-Team) who will help to bring your meditation into ever deepening pastures of richness and resourcefulness.

  • No prior experience of therapy or meditation is required, although the healing depth we go to and the level of change that is invited may stir strong feelings. Although a little daunting at times, with safety and security, I consider this a precious occurrence that ushers in the valuable process and resolution of those feelings.

  • You can join in the live class for 2 hours or watch the recording at your convenience. Realistically, I would like you to commit to listening to a recording each day which ranges from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. A good mediation practice need only be 15 minutes and realistically never more than 30 minutes (as our attention span wanes).

  • Yes and no - some things you may have been exposed to before, but many things may be new. You are always welcome to call me to see if it’s a good fit.

  • The live sessions are 9-11am on March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, April 5th, 12th and 19th. You will also receive daily recorded meditations for use in between each live session.

  • Yes, all calls will be recorded and a link sent shortly after to you via email.

  • Yes you will have lifetime access to the program and any subsequent updates.

  • You are encouraged to ask questions in class as many others will most likely benefit from hearing them.

    The teaching platform has a forum for you to share experiences and ask questions which I can respond to within 24hrs. If a lot does get stirred up for you, then it is a good idea to have a support network to draw upon, like friends, family, mentors or even a trained psychotherapist.
